His leadership combines technical depth, practical execution, and a sharp focus on building teams that consistently deliver. With an academic grounding in Physics and Mathematics, he applies a structured, analytical lens to the leadership of high-performing teams.
Anthony Lee has spent his entire professional life immersed in technology development — first as a research physicist and consulting engineer for a decade, and now as a patent attorney for over 20 years advising organizations on how to create, protect, and leverage their intellectual property. In his present role, he has worked with founders, early‑stage ventures, multinational corporations, universities, and government‑level R&D programs, often becoming deeply embedded in their strategic and operational decision‑making.
